I just wanted some clarification on how the bulk prices work, lets sayI have a game that costs $24.40 to make and I set the price to $29.99. TGC would make $1.68 and I would make $3.91 based on the profit margin.
Now assume I buy 50 of these games for a bulk order, my cost goes down to $26.01, does that mean I need only pay $1300.50 ($26.01 x 50) plus shipping? Would that mean I keep the extra $3.98 per game?
When you buy your own games, you only pay the manufacturing cost. So in your case, you would pay $24.40 for a single copy of your game. You don't get any profit from these sales, because that would be silly since you're the one paying for the games, and TGC doesn't get any money, other than what you pay for manufacturing.
When you buy your own games in bulk, the same applies. You just pay the bulk discounted manufacturing cost.
The MSRP is the cost that other people pay when they buy your game, and that's when the profit comes into play.
