So i'm looking at doing the whole 100 copies spell, and went ahead and had a test to see what it would take to ship my game just by ordering a 100, and just about panicked when it said to order a 100 copies of my game and have it sent to myself, it would be around $700 through the Priority Mail.  If I used bulk order fullfillment, what would I be looking at instead?

(I'm asking because the cost of shipping if its that high is going to break my budget completely.)

When you submit an order through our bulk order fulfillment (BOF) system, it will automatically try and use the cheapest shipping method available for each order. In cases where you have 100 orders going to 100 different people, the system is able to use USPS First Class mail on small/light games that fit the requirements. This method is slower but cheaper. But it's only available for small/light games.

Using the BOF won't save you any money on shipping because you are only sending to 1 address and so we'll put your games in large boxes and ship as many inside each shipping box as possible to reduce shipping costs.

So there's really only 2 options for you here:

1) Use the BOF system to ship your 100 games directly to customer addresses so you aren't paying shipping to your house and then to the customer. I don't know if your game is small/light enough to be eligible for USPS First Class, but even if you're paying for USPS Priority Mail it would be cheaper doing that then shipping to your house and then on to customers.

(By the way, can check if it's eligible by adding 1 copy of your game to your shopping cart and seeing if the USPS First Class option appears during checkout.)

2) Pay the $700 and get the games shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.

3) If you are in the midwest, you could consider driving to our shop and picking up the games via will call. That would eliminate the shipping cost entirely.

Yup, shipping is expensive.  If you use the medium pro box or smaller, you can fit it in the flat-rate mailer and that's about 7$ to anywhere in the US.

So, 7x100 is still 700$ total you have to account for on top of your game costs.

If you ship to yourself instead, yes that's still 700$ for one huge package, but then you'll still have to spend another 700$ shipping it out to everyone who orders a copy...

The BOF is certainly the way to go, but you definitely need to account for shipping in the cost of your game.
